Disneyland Day

Oh Disneyland! I love Disneyland! It truly is a magical place! It was so fun to get to go back so soon (we were there in December) and so fun that Kate was so excited about seeing everything and Millie was just that much older this time.  Not to mention just like the rest of the trip...going with cousins made it even better!

Kate is totally all about meeting the characters! We spent much of the morning meeting princesses. We raced to meet the princesses first and by 8:15 had already met Cinderella, Belle, and Snow White. We then rushed to FantasyLand and rode the teacups twice and It's A Small World before heading over to Autopia! Later followed by Rapunzel, Tinkerbell, and Mickey and Minnie! We spent a lot of the morning doing just what the girls wanted do and thus were on our own (which I was pretty proud of myself that I could do it on my own) but later met up with everyone to ride some big kid rides and then my parents spent pretty much the whole afternoon with us. It's Disneyland's 60th Anniversary and with it came awesome parades and shows. We packed in the fun and made every minute count that is for sure.

Keeping with Sokol style we did stay at the park until it closed at midnight! I wasn't so sure I wanted to or that the girls would be okay...but it worked out perfect really. We saw Fantasmic at 9pm and within 1 minute of being in the stroller the girls were both out not to be awaken by loud fireworks or the awesome electric light parade. I figured why leave now since moving them would only wake them up, right?!

Another fabulously fun day!

Everyone loved playing with Millie! Bronson especially stayed very close to Millie at all times!

  1. What a fun, magical, family day at Disneyland! It made Dad and me so happy that everyone stayed till closing and beyond. The 60th Diamond Celebration made it even that much more memorable. We loved being there with all of you!
